The new DPMS GII Compact Hunter combines the big punch of the .308 round in a lightweight modern sporting rifle/AR-10 platform. Loaded with features, but light enough to carry all day, the GII Compact Hunter features a 16" lightweight, stainless steel barrel that is teflon coated with a target crown, enhanced carbon fiber free float tube, Hogue grip, and B5 Sopmod stock. Forged Upper and lower receivers with a reduced mass/monolithic bolt carrier help to ensure the reliability and light weight on this gun.
