The Daniel Defense DD5v5 is a cutting-edge AR platform rifle that is purpose-built to be a long-range tack-driver. Purpose-built to deliver long-range precision by capitalizing on the superior ballistic characteristics of the .260 Remington round. It features a 20" cold hammer forged chrome lined barrel with an innovative free-floating 4-Bolt Connection System.
The Daniel Defense 4-Bolt Connection System gives you a rock-solid barrel connection without using a barrel nut, ensuring greater accuracy. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 TPI with a DD Superior Suppression Device. Fully ambidextrous controls include safety, mag catch, bolt release, and a Grip-n-rip charging handle.
This DD5-V5 sports an M-LOK compatible Daniel Defense Freefloat 15" Handguard ready for your choice of optics. Modular and adaptable, the DD5v5 may be the perfect long-range AR Platform rifle for competition and hunting!

The DD5V4 Hunter, chambered in .260 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, or .308 Winchester, provides users of the Daniel Defense semi-automatic platform even greater long-range precision shooting capability.
The highly popular 6.5 Creedmoor takes advantage of superior ballistic coefficients to offer both flatter trajectories and reduced wind drift at levels normally reserved for much heavier recoiling long action calibers. These gains in ballistic efficiency help the modern shooter stretch the effective range out to 1,000 meters or more.
This highly accurate and durable rifle includes an adjustable gas block that allows for a consistent feel whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed. The perfected bolt carrier group reduces overall recoil impulse and is easy to maintain and operate in all conditions.
