The holster comes equipped with a paddle attachment for use as a Ruger LCP II paddle holster. Alien Gear Holsters' paddle is contoured for comfortable carry, but also features a retention lip for added security when placed inside the waistband. It can also be threaded over the belt and worn as a quick-deployment belt slide. However, a belt slide attachment is also included should you wish to wear with one instead.
